Today I’m talking about how to improve your life with your thoughts. Our thoughts are powerful, and they carry a specific frequency.
Whenever we think a thought, we are sending out an energetic frequency. I am no scientific genius, but what I’ve been taught about frequency is that like attracts like.
For example, if you’re sending out a negative frequency (due to negative thoughts), you’re going to attract a negative outcome or consequence.
This is why I advise my clients not to take ANY actions while in a negative vibrational state, otherwise they’ll end up sending out a negative frequency, and the outcome of that action is more likely to be a negative one.
How you can improve your life with your thoughts
How you can improve your life with your thoughts is to take action ONLY when you’re feeling and thinking positively in that moment.
This is a really powerful awareness exercise. When you tap into how you’re feeling at any given moment, especially when you’re about to take action on something, you’re more likely to take action while in a positive state, and therefore create a more positive outcome.
So let’s say you owe a friend some money. You have the money to send them, but just this morning you had a big fight, and you’re feeling really resentful toward your friend.
If you were to send the money to your friend right now, you’re going to experience an outcome that matches the energy of resentment, because that’s the state you’re in. Do you really want that for yourself??
I didn’t think so!
My suggestion to anyone who’s feeling this way right now about a situation is to reframe the situation somehow. There are several tools available to do this, including:
- Positive aspects
- Conversation with their higher self
- Journalling
- Energetic clearing
- Correcting emotions
- Correcting affirmations
- And more
