When it comes to manifesting what you want, there are some key elements that must be in place before your desire can be manifested, and one element involves your thoughts and your emotions (feelings).
The reason why your thoughts and emotions need to be in place is because they have an energetic element attached to them.
You see, everything is energy, and that includes you, and everything in the room you’re in right now.
To have anything in your physical experience, you must be energetically aligned with it. So your physical surroundings, your experiences, and people in your life are all an energetic match to where you are right now.

If you don’t like what’s in your life right now, the only way to change that is to shift vibrationally so you’re no longer aligned with your current circumstances, and you are in alignment with something you desire.

- KNOW what you want.
- Imagine your desire is already manifested.
- Fast forward to a time shortly after the manifestation has already happened, and see and feel what it’s like to have this manifestation already done.
- Imagine your visualisation is a clip from a movie. If you are watching it without any sound, how will you know your desire has already manifested if you’re watching that clip?
- Don’t watch this visualisation like a movie though – you are IN THE MOVIE! You are visualising FROM the manifestation already done, rather than OF the manifestation already done. You are not an observer – you’re a participant – so you’re experiencing this all first-hand.
